By accessing or using NovelNijia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NovelNijia for personal, non-commercial reading purposes, subject to these Terms.

You Must Not

• Copy, redistribute, or resell novel content from the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent subscription or access controls
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from content

Content

Novels and related content in NovelNijia are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by NovelNijia and respective content owners.

Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

NovelNijia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovelNijia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
